While we realize to err is human, we do our best to ensure delivery of a completed and quality end product. Our three-step quality control process means that once a document is transcribed it is reviewed and edited by the transcriptionist and is then sent to our two-person review team for two separate extra sets of eyes and ears.
All questions, blanks and concerns are addressed once in Quality Assurance. For those blanks that are too difficult to understand for works that are cut off due to poor audio quality, our robust web portal allows direct access to each provider whereby he/she can listen to the audio file and edit directly into the web portal.
A personalized note from the transcriptionist explaining the area of concern is viewable on the web portal as well to save time and specifically hone in on the questions at hand.
